Brief description The proposed TELEHANCED Study will evaluate an enhanced telecare intervention to improve telecare for children living in rural NSW. Consistent evidence indicates telecare fails due to confusion surrounding remuneration of health professionals and insufficient human resource to coordinate the program. There is evidence that telecare programs employing a skilled coordinator can increase effectiveness, efficiency and sustain up-take and use of telecare services.
