Full description

SNPs discovered in 20 farmed Tasmanian salmon from high covergae sequence analysis, SNps present in double haploid reference animal removed.
Lineage: 100bp PE illumina sequence from 19 farmed atlantic salmon aligned to salmon reference genome, assembly ICSASG_v2, and sdY contigs (KP898411 and KP898412) using BWA. Variants called using GATK tools. Doulbe haploid SNPs removed.
