A range of model options are also used to provide an ensemble of predictions. Brief description

Ensemble of daily forecast made for Tasmania as part of the Tasmanian Hydro-Meteorological Sensor Web. Forecasts are initiated every 6 hours from the US NCEP GFS analyses and every 12 hours from the Canadian CMC analyses. Forecasts are based upon the Conformal Cubic Atmospheric Model, developed in CMAR.
