Brief description
LC-MRM-MS-based targeted proteomics study was performed to analyse the quantitative variation of alpha amylase trypsin inhibitors between hordein-null barley cultivars. Hordein-null samples were grown in two seasons: 2015 and 2018 in a controlled glass-house condition in CSIRO, Canberra.Available: 2021-08-11
