Brief description During this fellowship a research platform will be established that can efficiently predict new treatment combinations for prostate cancer. To do this, computational analyses of patient prostate cancer “organoid” cultures subjected to a panel of therapeutic drugs will be performed, to predict effective treatment combinations for any tumour of interest. Accordingly, this work will establish a foundation to decipher successful treatment regimes on an individual patient basis.
