Brief description
?Upon completion of the EIS, it is required that it be exhibited, that public submissions be received, that an Assessment Report be prepared addressing these submissions, and that a Determination should then be made as to whether the project will proceed. This report includes the following sections: Summary and conclusions; Detailed description of the proposal; Traffic and transportation assessment; Evaluation of the proposal and alternatives; Justification of the proposal and consequences of not undertaking the development; Design options; Environmental context; Description of existing environment, assessment of environmental impact and environmental safeguards; Botany Bay construction works and Energy statement.**Note:** This resource was originally published on opengov.nsw.gov.au.
