Full description

The Structural Biology Facility within the Mark Wainwright Analytical Centre at UNSW provides a range of bookable services including access to specialist instrumentation and consultation for the purpose of biomolecular structure determination and prediction.  Structural research and services cover the full range from experimental characterisation to molecular computational modelling and clinical insight.   

This includes a comprehensive suite of instrumentation: crystallisation robotics, X-ray diffraction, cell lysing, thermal stability measurements, and mass photometry. The facility has capabilities in CryoEM data processing, best-in-class computational modelling, molecular visualisation, and consults on programming for molecular science research.
