Brief description

This SEPP contains planning provisions which:

- identify State or regionally significant development, State significant Infrastructure, and critical State significant infrastructure
- provide for consideration of development delivery plans by local Aboriginal land councils in planning assessment
- allow the Planning Secretary to elect to be the concurrence authority for certain development that requires concurrence under nominated State environmental planning policies. 

This SEPP has consolidated and repealed the:

- SEPP (State and Regional Development) 2011
- SEPP (Aboriginal Land) 2019
- SEPP (Concurrences and Consents) 2018
