## **Abstract**

This dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.



This data identifies a heritage item or heritage conservation area. Heritage items and heritage conservation areas are also identified in Schedule 5 to the Local Environment Plan (LEP). Development relating to a heritage item or heritage conservation is subject to clause 5.10 of the LEP.

## **Dataset History**

The original GIS data was captured by local councils, DP&I and contractors and provided in accordance with the DP&I's "Standard Requirements for GIS LEP data" and "Standard Technical Requirements for LEP maps".



Before the LEP is notified on the NSW Legislation website, the mapping is checked by DP&I and the Parliamentary Council's Office to ensure that it is consistent with these standards.



After the LEP is notified, the GIS data is quality controlled using an ISO 9001-Quality-Certified, Quality Management System and incorporated into the State-wide dataset.



The GIS data may be subject to change as a part of quality control, or if the LEP is amended.
