Full description
Species distribution modelling to identify areas of occupancy for the magnificent broodfrog.
Extract from GitHub README:
This code and associated files are for a maxent species distribution model for Pseudophryne covacevichae.
For the actual model the files are:
- 00_Clean_occurrence_data # to filter and prepare occurrence data
- 01_clip layers # to clip spatial layers to the same extent (study area)
- 02_single-tif-to-ascii-conversion # not required but may be of use, the model code will accept .tif files
- 03_SDM_20251119 # code used to build the model
- Both the Final_V1_climate and Combined rmd files were the codes for the original models in the first draft of the manuscript. Climate model was removed during journal revisions.
Data for the model are:
- Spatial layers in 'Clim_comb_layers' folder
- 'Modified-combined_finaldata-2points.csv' holds the species occurrence data
For the field validation (GLM component) the code and data required are:
- 05_Field_surveys
- GLM_Field_data
For the raster comparison, the code and files required are:
- 04_raster_comparison
- Mod3_combined_raw
- Mod3_validated_raw
- Change analysis raster is the outcome of these
