Hydro data was updated June 2013, October/Nov 2013: README_Hydro_update_C02.txt June 2013 Due to new software used in the hydrochemistry processing, the .csv hydrochemistry file ss2013_c02Hydro.csv previously distributed 23/5/2013 had a column for CTD salinity which should not have been included as it is not calibrated. An updated file with the hydrochemistry analyses values in the historical column output format with relevant CTD/station information was redistributed. Also the quality flags were corrected to include an updated quality flag 79 for the elevated ammonia value and QF 63 for values below the detection limit. The ss2013_c02Hydro008.nc file was manually edited by Lindsay Pender on 4/11/2013 as the ammonia value for rosette position 4 needed to be diluted for analyses therefore the output value in the .nc file was incorrect. The corrected ammonia value of 12.8 and QF(79 - No analytical error - Unable to re-sample CTD niskin bottle to check anomalous value)was entered. With the correction made to the ss2013_c02Hydro008.nc the .nc files were distributed with the updated .csv Processing report received on 18/2/2015 after data request.
