All netCDF scan files were re-generated from the CAP raw files, as the original files had been re-created with the incorrect pressure and SBE43 oxygen calibrations. The ISUS range limits were changed to [-14, 102] and the PAR max second diff limit to 1500, to reduce the amount of data being flagged as bad. Following this, the data was subjected to standard procCTD processing, with calibration of the primary & secondary conductivity and SBE43 oxygen. Both 1 & 2dB averaged files were produced. Intermittent spikes were present in the oxygen data between approx 200 - 400dB. These were edited out of the averaged files. Archiving_comment: Don't know the state of the Hydrology data.
