The other contains averaged parameters from casts 89 to 194 and cast 205, which include the optode phase result as 'dissolved oxygen'. All nc files were re-named and processed as if they were from CTD unit 19. The software procCTD only works with a single CTD unit. Averaged files were manually re-named after processing (casts 1-92 were acquited using unit 20). Full description

This dataset contains the Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) data collected on Southern Surveyor voyage SS 4/2006. The voyage took place off the West Australian coast between Cape Leeuwin and the Great Australian Bight during April May 2006. This dataset has been processed and archived within the CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research Data Centre in Hobart.
