Statement: Data source: Original field data. Data processing and quality control: according to current CMR Data Centre CTD data processing manual. CTD salinity data from leg1 and leg2 has been calibrated. Processing was done during the voyage. Dissolved oxygen was calibrated by Lindsay Pender once processing code was available. Additional Processing comments (bob Beattie): The conductivity calibration has been re-done, using Bernadette Heaney's deployment grouping from 19 may. Lindsay Pender also took the opportunity to implement an additional processing stage for rejecting gross sample outliers.
