Full description

This dataset contains the Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data collected on Southern Surveyor voyage SS2012_v02. The voyage took place in the northern Lau Backarc Basin off Fiji from the 12th May to the 5th June, 2012. This dataset was processed and then archived within the CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research Data Centre in Hobart. NOTE, as of Oct 2011,processing of ADCP data used a revised CODAS system resulting in a new data structure, please see attributes for the new netCDF file structure. Additional information regarding this dataset is contained in the cruise report for this voyage and/or the data processing report.
