Photographic images were collected for Chardonnay (Chard), Sauvignon Blanc (SauvBlanc), Shiraz and Merlot bunches from a vineyard in Wagga Wagga (NSW) for analysis in January-February 2019 (i.e., six consecutive weeks). After photographing, the bunches were removed for laboratory analysis with the DyostemTM.
