This dataset provides:

  • Size (diameter in mm)
  • Diet (coralline algae versus scleractinian coral)
  • Estimated ages (as in 0 days old on 10th December 2014)
  • Date of collection (in day-month-year)
  • Reef of collection (Reef name, ID)
  • Site of collection (Latitude/Longitude)

of newly settled crown-of-thorns starfish (0+ starfish, Acanthaster cf. solaris) that were sampled between 7 May and 15 December 2015 from 64 reefs and 111 sites of Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

Notes

This dataset consists of a .csv data file and the code, saved in both .rmd (R Markdown) and .html format.
