A large, simulation-based dataset of Australian wheat yields generated using APSIM-Wheat, comprising over 85 million model runs across 59 sites in the Australian wheat belt. The simulations span 1950–2013 and evaluate sowing dates (1 April–30 June), nitrogen management, and frost tolerance levels ranging from current cultivars (0 °C) to fully frost-tolerant genotypes (down to −5 °C and complete tolerance). The dataset includes yield, flowering time, nitrogen applications, and site and management variables. It is provided as a main data file (~18.2 million records, 11 variables) and a companion site metadata file containing names and geographic coordinates for all cropping sites.
