Full description
Bi-hourly PST data conducted across 40-hours of total sleep deprivation in 17 healthy young adults aged 18-30.Each test is classified as alert or drowsy based on:
1) Performance impairment measured on the 10-min Psychomotor Vigilance Task
2) Microsleeps recorded using 6-channel EEG during the PVT
Three levels of impairment are defined:
Mild, moderate, and severe
Based on each individual's well-rested performance
