Brief description
Provides a figure and table showing the admission rate ratio for a selectedACSC over time, compared to Victoria (Victoria = 1)
ACSCs are those for which hospitalisation is thought to be avoidable with the
application of public health interventions and early disease management,
usually delivered in ambulatory setting such as primary care. High rates of
hospital admissions for ACSCs may provide indirect evidence of problems with
patient access to primary healthcare, inadequate skills and resources, or
disconnection with specialist services.
