This Committee was established on 22 March 1988 to inquire into and report upon all aspects of The Constitution Act Amendment (Electoral Reform) Bill and the circumstances surrounding the holding and conduct of the Nunawading re-election on 17 August 1985 and the subsequent enquiries and explanations in relation to matters arising therefrom.
