Brief description

Source code for producing NetCDF files from SCHISM model output. These files are tiled and rechunked to optimise timeseries performance.
Lineage: Snakemake scripts and python source files for tiling and chunking the NetCDF files from the SCHISM model. The tiling is done by splitting up the spatial domain, and the chunking is done to maximise the efficiency for extracting timeseries information. The SCHISM model was run on NCI resources and the tiling (this software) was done on CSIRO's HPC resources.
