SARDI Port River-Barker Inlet benthic visual surveys aimed to delimit the extent and assess abundance of introduced Caulerpa species (particularly C. taxifolia) in the Port River-Barker Inlet system, Port Adelaide, South Australia. A secondary aim of the surveys was to record the presence and abundance of native seagrasses and to record any observations of other introduced species. Surveys used a standardised visual survey method to record taxa of interest.
