Full description

This dataset contains original data records of mean monthly sand temperature from temperature data loggers at nest depth for two islands in the Conflict Island Atoll. These data also include modelled sand temperature, nest temperature and hatchling sex ratios for the region during each nesting season (Nov-Mar) from 1960 - 2099. These modelled temperatures were generated using extracted historical air temperature data (with permissions) from the ICOADS Monthly Mean Release 3 (https://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds548.1/) and the forecasted air temperature anomalies from the KNMI Climate Data Explorer (CMIP5) (https://climexp.knmi.nl/start.cgi).
