Brief description
SA Water delivers essential water and sewerage services to more than 1.7 million South Australians. We supply high quality, safe drinking water, remove sewage from homes and businesses, treat sewage and wastewater, recycle some wastewater and operate 10 major metropolitan reservoirs. Of Australia’s water utilities, we have one of the longest water mains supply networks and manage thousands of kilometres of sewerage mains.SA Water is a statutory corporation, wholly owned by the Government of South Australia, reporting to an independent Board and is included within the portfolio of the Minister for Climate, Environment and Water.
