The voyage took place between June 12 and June 23, 2021 departing from Brisbane (QLD) and arriving in Darwin (NT). .Hydrology samples were collected from Niskin bottles sampled at various depths during Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) deployments. Parameters analysed were salinity, dissolved oxygen, phosphate, silicate, nitrate plus nitrite and ammonium. This dataset has been archived at the CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC) in Hobart. Additional information regarding this dataset is contained in the Voyage Report and Data Processing Report.Maintenance and Update Frequency: asNeededStatement: Nutrient samples are assayed on a Seal AA3HR segmented flow auto-analyser fitted with 1cm flow-cells for colorimetric measurements and a JASCO FP2020 fluorescence instrument as the ammonium detector. Salinity samples were measured on a Guildline Autosal 8400B instrument operated in accordance with its technical manual. The measured value is recorded with an OSIL data logger. Before each lot of sample measurements, the Autosal is calibrated with standard seawater (OSIL, IAPSO) of known K15 ratio. A new bottle of OSIL standard is used for each calibration. The frequency of calibration is at least one per run (one run consists of samples from up to two CTD deployments). Dissolved Oxygen: the method is based on the whole bottle modified Winkler titration of Carpenter (1965) plus modifications by Culberson et al (1991). All data were processed with HyPro 4.12 on the ship and re-processed on shore with HyPro 4.16. Note that nutrient data decimal places have changed within the CSV file: silicate is now 1 decimal place, nitrite is 3 decimal places and NOx (nitrate + nitrite), phosphate and ammonium are 2 decimal places. Previously values below the detection limit were set to zero; these values are now displayed as measured, even if that is a negative value. Salinity and Oxygen Data are displayed to 3 decimal places. Data processing notes are in the processing report (in2021_t01_HYD_ProcessingReport.pdf).&rft.creator=Anonymous&rft.date=2021&rft.coverage=westlimit=129.8925; southlimit=-27.4169; eastlimit=154.1875; northlimit=-9.2136; projection=WGS 84 (EPSG:4326)&rft.coverage=westlimit=129.8925; southlimit=-27.4169; eastlimit=154.1875; northlimit=-9.2136; projection=WGS 84 (EPSG:4326)&rft_rights=Attribution 4.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/&rft_rights=&rft_rights=Data is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence, please see link.
