(2) Salinity was analyzed with the Guildline Autosal Laboratory Salinometer 8400(B) – SN 71613 (3) Dissolved oxygen was analyzed using Automated Photometric Oxygen system (SCRIPPS software) (4) Nutrients were analysed using Seal AA3 using AACE 6.10 software: for Silicate, Phosphate, Nitrate and Nitrite, Ammonia in units of uM/L using HyPro Version 5.3 Note that nutrient data is now provided to 3 decimal places in the CSV file due to new instrumentation and improved detection limit. This record describes Hydrology (HYD) data collected collected from the Marine National Facility RV Investigator Voyage IN2017_V05, titled: Long-term recovery of trawled marine communities 25 years after the world’s largest adaptive management experiment. The voyage took place between October 11 and November 10, 2017 departing from Broome (WA) and arriving in Fremantle (WA).
