This dataset contains underway and discrete Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer (FRRF) measurements collected during the Multidisciplinary Investigations of the Southern Ocean (MISO) voyage aboard RV Investigator (IN2024_V01) between January and March 2024. Measurements include chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters collected under dark- and light-adapted conditions, together with photosynthesis–irradiance (PI) curve measurements from underway observations.
