RNAometer is a database of experimentally-determined stabilities for small RNA model systems. The corresponding pairs of secondary structures and free energies (in kcal/mol) are used for nearest neighbor parameter optimization in the preprint titled "Differentiable Folding for Nearest Neighbor Model Optimization."
