Review of environmental factors : upgrade of Windsor Road between Curtis Road and McGraths Hill Flats Lagoon, McGraths Hill

Brief description

The area subject to this REF is towards the western end of Windsor Road and represents the western extent of the current overall project to upgrade Windsor Road. Specifically the REF addresses the potential effects resulting from the proposed activity between Curtis Road and approximately 300 metres north of McGraths Hill Flats Lagoon in the suburb of McGraths Hill. The purpose of this REF is to assess the impacts that would arise from the proposal as identified in section 2 and discuss the mitigation measures that have been formulated in response to these potential impacts.
