A total of 67 diatom species were found from the surface sediment of 33 lakes in the Vestfold Hills, Antarctica. Water chemistry (including salinity, nutrients and major ions) is available for each of the 33 lakes sampled. Data are available in two separate spreadsheets - one for water chemistry, and one for water species.
