This data was collected for the research article titled "Resonance-Based Sensing of Magnetic Nanoparticles Using Microfluidic Devices with Ferromagnetic Antidot Nanostructures", which will be published in the section Nanoelectronics, Nanosensors and Devices in the journal Nanomaterials. This dataset contains ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectra obtained using broadband ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy for microresonators with and without antidot nanostructures hollowed into thin, microscopic Permalloy films. By comparing the spectrum before and after MNPs are introduced to the microresonator device, one can observe a change in the spectrum, indicating the presence of magnetic nanoparticles. Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were introduced to the antidot nanostructures using a microfluidic channel or suspended within droplets. A numerically modelled FMR spectrum and plots of the resonance modes have also been included, along with the scripts used to create them.
