Brief description This research uses data linkage to assess rapid kidney disease progression in patient with diabetic nephropathy and to evaluate early home dialysis technique failure in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis and home haemodialysis. Both projects lead to early identification of high risk patients for end stage kidney disease and dialysis complications and allow early intervention to prevent poor health outcomes.
