Full description

A collection of spatially registered and fitted quantitative susceptibility maps of a mouse model of concussion. Multi-echo GRE-MRI (mGRE-MRI) data was acquired using a 3D multi-echo spoiled gradient recalled echo (GRE) sequence with fat saturation, flow saturation, and FOV saturation (FOV saturation boxes covering the head and neck tissues outside the imaging FOV), monopolar readout, and the following parameters: matrix size = 160 x 160 x 160, FOV size = 16 x 16 x 16 mm3, effectively resulting in a 0.1 mm3 isotropic spatial resolution, TR = 50 ms, 8 echoes with minTE/ΔTE/maxTE = 2.654/3.247/25.382 ms, flip angle = 13.5, bandwidth 400.641 Hz/px. The inverse QSM problem was solved from local tissue phase values using the iLSQR method. Data was registered using ANTs
