Register of Political Parties - Queensland

Brief description

The register of political parties provides information on all registered political parties in Queensland. The Electoral Commission of Queensland (ECQ) maintains and publishes the register in accordance with the Electoral Act 1992.

The Electoral Act 1992 requires all registered political parties to report amendments to their constitution to ECQ within seven days of legislated quarterly reporting dates. Reporting dates are 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.
