Full description

The spreadsheet contains data extracted from hyperspectral images of wheat grains samples. The spectral range is 390-2515 nm taken using two hyperspectral imaging cameras measuring 390-951 nm and 951-2515 nm.
The images are all dark and white corrected and the spectral values are "reflectance". The SWIR images were calibrated using a standard 50 % reflectance board and the VNIR images were calibrated using a white Teflon sheet assuming to be 99% reflectance. All the spectral values are reported in percent (%)
The VNIR camera was a Resonon Pika XC2 and the VNIR images were taken using Spectronon software. The SWIR camera was a Hyspex SWIR-384 line scanner and the images were captured using the Breeze software.

The images were taken from two batches of wheat grain samples (5 g and 40 g samples). The 5 g and 40 g samples have been subsampled from the same original sample as replicates.
The samples IDs starting with 05 represent the 5g replicate and those starting with 40 represent the 40g replicates.
Columns L to AAQ contain reflectance values at 390-2515 nm wavelengths
DON average represent the concentrations of Deoxynivalenol (DON) averaged from multiple true replicates and is reported in microgram per kilogram (µg/kg) wheat
Values in columns F to I are the quantities of DNA of fungi reported in pg DNA per g sample measured using PCR.
