Qualitative interviews with academics, politicians, not-for-profit CEOs and Corporate executives to understand leadership in crisis, the challenges of leadership and the attributes of effective leaders in crisis. This will lead to the development of a measurement tool for effective leadership in crisis situations. Interview transcripts contain actual data files with questions.
