Motion spectra were evaluated by applying a Discrete Fourier Transform to 5-minute time series of heave motion. The Antarctic Circumnavigation Expedition (ACE) took place aboard the Russian icebreaker, Akademik Tryoshnikov, from December 2016 to March 2017.
