Brief description Stroke survivors experience significant burdens, including depression and reduced quality of life. The demands placed on support persons of stroke survivors also impact on the physical and mental health of these individuals. This study will examine the effectiveness of Enable Me, an online program developed to support stroke survivors and their support persons following discharge from hospital. We will also identify effective strategies which encourage uptake and continued use of the program.
