Brief description

Transcriptome reads and assembly from multiple life stages of the Queensland Fruit Fly (Bactrocera tryoni).
Lineage: Bactrocera tryoni life-stages including embryos, 1st , 2nd and 3rd instar larvae, early pupae, late pupae, newly emerged adults, 2 week post-emergence adults (unmated) and 4 week post emergence adults (mated) had total RNA extracted and sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq. The transcriptome was assembled using all samples with Trinity (v2.3.2)
