This repository contains the Matlab code used to measure local bulk fibre attachment angle in the paper "Fatigue-driven Compliance Increase and Collagen Unraveling in Mechanically Tested Anterior Cruciate Ligament" published in Communication Biology. This also includes the toluidine blue stained brightfield images of the ACL sample where the measurement was done.
