A list of the locations of all the prophages found by PhiSpy in all the genomes we searched. This table also contains a count of the number of phage
genes and the total number of genes.
Columns in this file
- Assembly accession ID, as used by GenBank assembly
- Genome Description
- Contig name from the genome assembly
- Start on the contig
- End on the contig
- Prophage name (the contig, plus PP and a sequential number)
- How many phage genes (see below)
- How many total genes
Phage genes are defined as including one of these words:
