What I do is: * Academic leadership and * Research adult learning, leadership and global change in workplaces, community and educational settings * Teach adults and professionals to use knowledge and ways of knowing to navigate change. My hallmark is fairness and honesty. Fascinated by global transitions, I work with their effects -- 'out there' in the world and 'in here', in our bodies, our lives and our workplaces -- to find lateral solutions to wicked problems.
