Full description
Edward is the inaugural Director of the Smart Transport Research Centre and Professor of Intelligent Transport Systems at Queensland University of Technology. He is also a visiting professor at the Advanced Mobility Research Centre (ITS Centre) located at the University of Tokyo. He is an internationally recognised expert in the application of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) with many years of experience as an engineer and an experienced academic and researcher working both nationally and internationally. In his current role at QUT, Edward focuses on leading research to realise the benefits of real-time travel information provision in reducing congestion.
