All outcomes were assessed at both baseline and follow-up and were: health-related quality of life, physical functioning and independent living, depression and anxiety, diet quality, alcohol consumption, physical activity, smoking status. There is one excel spreadsheet containing the data. Supplementary to this are two word documents containing abridged baseline and 6-month follow-up survey items.
