Brief description Many valuable cancer drugs have limited clinical use because of their toxic side effects. Our experiments with a new anti cancer drug called dichloroacetic acid (DCA) will determine if it can reduce the toxic effects of Cisplatin on the kidney and the effects of Doxorubicin on the heart.
