Brief description Research supported by this fellowship will help to identify programs which are effective in reducing chronic disease risks such as tobacco use, and obesity. Furthermore, it will examine ways in which such programs can be implemented in health services and community organisations so that the community can benefit from evidence based initiatives. In doing so, the fellowship will contribute to reducing the death and disability associated with chronic disease in Australia.
