This dataset describes the distribution and abundance of phytoplankton collected during the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator research voyage IN2021_V01, titled Quantifying krill abundance for krill monitoring and management off the Australian Antarctic Territory. The voyage took place between 29 January and 24 March 2021, sailing from Hobart to Hobart as part of the 2021 TEMPO (Trends in Euphausiids off Mawson, Predators, and Oceanography) survey.
