The Perinatal Mental Health pilot (PMHp) is a novel collection of de-identified antenatal and postnatal mental health data about mothers and other parents collected from public hospitals and maternal and child family health clinics. It includes patients’ self-reported responses to a range of clinical tools.

Data is collected fromthe Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) iCOPE digital perinatal mental health screening platform , and data supplied directly from state and territory health departments. This first phase of the data collection only covers a segment of the antenatal and postnatal mental health screening occurring in Australia.
