Most cases (90%) never receive adequate treatment even when identified. This 3-year project evaluates the impact of a digital clinical-decision-support system (PIRIMID) on real-world treatment uptake. PIRIMID guides professionals with on-screen prompts for interpretation of screening results and psychosocial information, allowing the creation of a structured management plan for each client, adhering to national guidelines.
